13.1 Introduction

As part of the onboarding process, every ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) or company director must submit proof of identity and proof of residential address.

This verification step is required by our acquiring partners to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

These documents confirm that the individuals behind the business are legitimate and that their personal details match the information submitted during onboarding.

Submitting clear, valid, and recent documents ensures your application is processed quickly, while missing or incorrect files can lead to unnecessary delays or rejection.

13.2 Document requirements

Your proof of identity and address must clearly show your full name and residential address.
Only official or financial documents are accepte, no personal memberships, store receipts, or informal letters.
