To use Checky Pro, the first step is to create your account.

Getting Started: Creating Your Checky Pro Account

This process begins with filling out a short registration form, followed by verifying your email address. These two steps take just a few minutes to complete.

Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form

Go to the official registration page:
https://app.checkypro.com/register

You will see a form that requires the following information:

  • First Name: Enter your first name, as it appears on official documents.

  • Last Name: Enter your last name.

  • Email Address: Provide a valid business email address. We strongly recommend using an address associated with your company domain (e.g., info@yourstore.com) rather than a generic provider like Gmail or Hotmail. This helps streamline the verification process.

  • Password: Choose a strong password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, or special characters.

  • Confirm Password: Re-enter the same password to ensure accuracy.

  • Terms and Conditions: Tick the checkbox to confirm that you agree to our Terms of Service.

Once all fields are completed, click the Register button at the bottom of the form.

Note: Submitting this form will create your Checky Pro account, but you will not be able to access your dashboard until your email address is verified.

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

After registering, you will receive an email from Checky Pro containing a verification link. Follow these steps to complete the process:

  1. Open your email inbox.

  2. Locate the message from Checky Pro. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

  3. Click on the “Verify your email” button or link inside the message.

Once your email address is verified, you can log in to the Checky Pro dashboard and continue with your business onboarding.

Why this is required: Email verification helps ensure the security of your account and confirms that you have access to the email address you provided.
This step is mandatory before accessing any platform features.

🔗 Connecting Shopify to CheckyPro

This guide explains how to connect your Shopify store to your CheckyPro account. Once connected, CheckyPro will automatically sync customer data from Shopify to provide real-time insights and segmentation.

✅ Requirements

Before getting started, make sure you have:

  • An active CheckyPro account
  • Admin access to your Shopify store
  • A stable internet connection

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to CheckyPro

  1. Visit https://app.checkypro.com/login
  2. Log in with your CheckyPro credentials

2. Enter Your Shopify Store URL

You’ll need your store’s URL in the following format:

yourstorename.myshopify.com

note: Make sure to only copy the "yourstorename" part

  1. Enter the store URL in the input field
  2. Click "Continue"

4. Authorize CheckyPro in Shopify

You will be redirected to Shopify to approve access:

  1. Log in to Shopify
  2. Go to: Settings>Apps and sales channels.
  3. Click on Develop apps
  4. Click on Create an app
  5. Enter Checky Pro into the input field: App name
  6. Click Configure Admin API scopes


5. Verify the Connection

Once the connection is successful:

  • Your Shopify store will appear in the CheckyPro dashboard
  • Customer data will start syncing automatically
  • You can begin using customer segmentation and analytics in the Customer Insights section
