> Provide the required identity documents for successful KYC/KYB verification.

<ResponseField>
  ## 39.1 Introduction

  As part of the onboarding process, every ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) or company director must submit **proof of identity** and **proof of residential address**.\
  \
  This verification step is required by our acquiring partners to comply with **Know Your Customer (KYC)** and **Anti-Money Laundering (AML)** regulations.\
  \
  These documents confirm that the individuals behind the business are legitimate and that their personal details match the information submitted during onboarding.\
  \
  Submitting clear, valid, and recent documents ensures your application is processed quickly, while missing or incorrect files can lead to unnecessary delays or rejection.
